This paper presents a species list of the results of a survey of the vascular plants of ROCR, Columbia Island, Anacostia Kenilworth, and Oxon Run from 1986 through 1990. Voucher specimens from the study were placed in the US National Herbarium in the District of Columbia and Vicinity collection. This paper lists the 66 species which were new reports for DC.
