A water monitoring project for the North District of Capitol Reef National Park is described. The objectives of the project are to establish a pattern of water availability for nine water sources, including; springs, creeks, reservoirs, establish a pattern of use by livestock and/or wildlife, and after five years of monthly comparisons, establish a pattern of availability of water at any of the given sites. Water site monitoring forms contain information on the condition of each site, the character of the water, usage, and observations. This "report" is primarily a binder full of data forms filled out in 1986-1988.
