A survey of larval fish from the surf zone on Horn Island in the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Florida and Mississippi. A larval fish surf net was used to make collections (monthly and at varying times in the day) at designated sampling stations. The results concerning species composition, abundance, seasonality, inferred spawning seasons, and diel comparisons are discussed and presented in tabular form. A species list shows scientific names, season of peak abundance, and preferred habitat (inner surf or outer surf zones). A map shows the locations of sampling stations. A chart shows the times and dates each of the sampling stations were sampled.
