The scope of work consisted of temperature profiles taken annually at the Cabras Island-Luminao Barrier Reef on Guam, water samples taken at various depths to determine phosphates, nitrates, dissolved oxygen, salinity, pH, and alkalinity, fathometer profiles made in the vicinity to determine submarine slopes and bottom topography and bottom sediments collected to determine the nature of the substrate in the vicinity.
