Proposal to survey for the Oregon silverspot butterfly and Makah copper at two sites near the border of Olympic National Park, WA during summer, 1997. The purpose of the survey is to confirm resident populations at these sites, help determine the status and needed management actions for these species. No population of Oregon silverspot butterflies is currently known in Washington although there was a possible sighting in 1988.
