Report about a fungus: Panellus stypticus (Agaricales, Tricholomataceae). 'The present paper is intended to report a further extension of the range of interbreeding to eastern Soviet Union and New Zealand, to provide information on distribution of bioluminescence and basidiome taste, and to discuss the implication of these data in the context of species concepts.' Includes reference to specimens collected in Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
