New species (and new locations for species) of Pauropoda and Symphyla on St. John. Includes detailed descriptions and line drawings. Pauropoda and Symphyla are reported for the first time from the Virgin Islands, eleven species of the former and two species of the latter. The pauropods belong to three genera in Pauropodidae and one genus in Brachypauropodidae, the symphylans to one genus in Scolopendrellidae and oRe genus in Scutigerellidae. Ten species of Pauropoda and one species of Symphyla new to science are described and figured. A new subgenus is proposed for a new species in Brachypauropodidae. Though two genera in the Pauropoda and both genera in the Symphyla have very wide ranges only one species from each group has earlier been reported outside the Virgin Islands.
