This report summarizes the results of the 1990 productivity survey of fourteen historic peregrine falcon territories as well as two newly discovered eyrie sites in Big Bend National Park and along the Rio Grande Wild and Scenic River. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence, nesting chronology, and breeding success at each location. Discounting the pair at John's eyrie this season because they are not old enough to reproduce the ten remaining pairs had a total yield of nine young this near. Average number of young per pair is .90. This year's average falls below the average for the last two years, but I don't believe it to be cause for concenrn.
