Two goals were subjected to analysis in this thesis. The management goal was to determine the feasibility of reintroducing the red wolf to GRSM, while the research goal was to determine the interactions between the red wolves and the coyotes, while testing policy analysis and statistical process control. One result was general conclusions limited by the data-set. The need for an improvement in the combination of management and research goals is discussed and recommendations made.
