Plethodon nettingi in Virginia

This paper describes a small Plethodon salamander collected in Bedford County, Virginia, on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is referred to P. nettingi. This paper contains a physical description of the new species. The author attempted to collect live specimens for further study, but in the very dry conditions at the time, did not find any.
