The purpose of this report to Guam Power Authority is to discuss environmental studies conducted primarily during the 1974 calendar year, although some later information is included. Studies are continuing and will run at least through December 1975. Thus, environmental data gathered before and after initial operations of the Cabras Plant are being made available.
