This contains the progress statements of the four student investigators. It summarizes the following areas: user activities in the Cabrillo National Monument intertidal zone, effects of trampling on algal mats, effects of rock turning on rock top and rock bottom fauna, and the effects of disturbance on barnacles, limpets, and Phragmatopoma colonies. One of two reports that forms the most recent baseline of rocky intertidal habitat at Cabrillo before formal monitoring began in 1990.
