This report provides the administrative data and historical data for the Hokenson Fishing Dock, a National Register property that consists of four buildings, two boats, a dock, and other assorted structures on the shore of Little Sand Bay. The administrative data section states that the structures will be used to interpret the significant role of the local fishing industry in the Apostle Islands from the late 1920s to about 1960. Previous preservation actions are noted, as are preservation considerations for the future. The historical data section presents the history, significance, and development of the structures. Illustrations and photos are included.
