This Cultural Landscape Report (CLR) for the Potomac Waterfront Section of the Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway (RCPP) will serve several important functions for the landscape management of the RCPP along the Potomac Waterfront between the terminus of Constitution Avenue, N.W., (the Belvedere) and Virginia Avenue, N.W. This report documents the history and significance of the landscape, provides treatment guidelines, and will serve as the primary tool for the long-term management of the site.
