This inventory was conducted at Farm Lane and Top Cottage properties, part of the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site (HOFR), New York, in 2015 and 2016 to (1) determine the reptile and amphibian species present, (2) identify important reptile and amphibian habitat, and (3) to determine any adverse impacts of proposed bicycle trails on reptile and amphibian habitat. Survey methods included visual encounter transect surveys, flipping cover objects, and turtle (hoop) traps.
