This report contains the architectural data for the proposed exterior restoration of the Thomas Pate House at Colonial National Historical Park. It would be restored to the revolutionary period in compliance with the recommendation of the Master Plan for the Yorktown Developed Area Plan. Includes cost estimate for construction. The Thomas Pate House is a brick masonry structure with gable roofs. It has one and a half stories with a full basement and three stepped brick end chimneys. The structure was altered in 1925. The existing conditions and recommendations for restoration are divided into sections by part of the structure. Report is preceded by memos requesting review of the document.
