This report proposes recommendations with associated cost estimates for the rehabilitation of Crater Lake Lodge, Crater Lake National Park. The lodge is composed of an original building (1913) and a later annex (1920). This analysis was performed to establish cost estimates of rehabilitating the structure to meet current code and serviceability requirements for its continued use as a hotel facility. Documentation of the analysis is presented in two volumes. Volume One is a summary report, while Volume Two contains individual consultant technical reports.
