A Survey of Structures in Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area
National Park Service. 1974. A Survey of Structures in Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Historic Structure Report. U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
This survey, conducted in 1974, was done for the purpose of evaluating structures within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area for possible National Register nominations and other management considerations. The surveyors evaluated the preservation needs and potential uses of buildings, both before the construction of the Tocks Island Dam and after the presumptive construction of the dam. The Tocks Island Dam was never constructed and a more thorough survey was conducted in the summer of 1974.
