The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission has classified the following 45 species as Endangered, Threatened, or Sensitive. The federal status of species under the Endangered Species Act differs in some cases from state status. The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife has designated the following 102 species as Candidates for listing in Washington as State Endangered, Threatened, or Sensitive. The Department reviews species for listing following procedures in Washington Administrative Code 220-610-110.
