The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission has classified the following 46 species as Endangered, Threatened, or Sensitive. The federal status of species under the Endangered Species Act differs in some cases from state status; federal status is indicated by: Federal Endangered (FE), Threatened (FT), Candidate (FC), USFWS has made a 90‐day finding that listing may be warranted (90d), or a NOAA Species of Concern (FSC). The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife has designated the following 71 species as Candidates for listing in Washington as State Endangered, Threatened, or Sensitive. The Department reviews species for listing following procedures in Washington Administrative Code 220‐610‐110.
