Administrative Road and Headquarters Parking Area (Glacier Bay National Park & Preserve, Alaska) Consensus Determination of Eligibility (CDOE) with supporting text, sources, maps, and photographs as well as a Finding of Effect for electrical drop box installation. SHPO Concurrence Letter is included with the CDOE. Documents find the Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve Administrative Road and Headquarters Parking Area ineligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. These resources should have been evaluated during the district evaluations for the Headquarters area in 2006 but were overlooked. The Headquarters district was also determined ineligible for the National Register. These resources should be re-evaluated in 2028 however, since this was determined ineligible due to lack of integrity, likely to remain ineligible for the theme of Mission 66 unless another context is discovered through additional research. The Consensus Determination of Eligibility process allows Federal decision makers, in consultation with SHPOs, FPOs, or THPOs, and other consulting parties to assess a property for listing in the NRHP. If they agree that it meets NRHP criteria the property is treated as eligible for purposes of compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
