Serpentine Hot Springs Bunkhouse (Bering Land Bridge National Preserve, Alaska) Consensus Determination of Eligibility (cDOE) with supporting text, sources, maps, and photographs. SHPO Concurrence Letter is included with the CDOE. The resource was evaluated as a building. Documents find Civil Aeronautics Administration Quarters is not eligible for listing in the NRHP. Resource is recommended for reassessment in 2031. The Consensus Determination of Eligibility process allows Federal decision makers, in consultation with SHPOs, FPOs, or THPOs, and other consulting parties to assess a resource for listing in the NRHP. If they agree that it meets NRHP criteria the property is treated as eligible for purposes of compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
