Objectives of this project were to provide a baseline inventory of herpetofauna in 11 NCPN parks with the goal of documenting 90% of species present over two years of surveys, and to determine general abundance and distribution of species present, identifying park-specific species of special concern. Surveys were conducted in Arches NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Capitol Reef NP, Cedar Breaks, Colorado NM, Fossil Butte NM, Golden Spike NHS, Natural Bridges NM, Pipe Spring NM, Timpanogos Cave NM, and Zion NP.
