Luzader JF. 1962. Historic Structures Survey Report, Part I, Historic Data Section - Warehouse - Granary, White's Ferry, Chesapeake and Ohio Canal. Historic Structure Report. U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service
This report presents all the documentary evidence that has been located concerning the construction and use of the warehouse whose ruins are located immediately upstream of White's Ferry on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal. The building existed in a ruinous condition. It was recommended for demolition based on a lock of documentary evidence, lack of justification for further study into its historic significance, and physical condition.
