Historic Structures Report, Architectural Data Section, Part II - Restoration of the Dudley Digges House (formerly called the West House), Lot 77, Main Street, Yorktown, Virginia, Colonial National Historical Park

Nelson LH. 1960. Historic Structures Report, Architectural Data Section, Part II - Restoration of the Dudley Digges House (formerly called the West House), Lot 77, Main Street, Yorktown, Virginia, Colonial National Historical Park. Historic Structure Report. U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. Yorktown, Virginia

This report is an expansion of the Architectural Data Section, Historic Structures Report, Part I (1960). It deals with recent findings and the re-evaluation of earlier findings, with revised proposals for restoration, cost estimates, and preliminary working drawings. It was prepared and submitted to allow the restoration of the structure's exterior to proceed and was to be followed by supplements as needed to cover the interior features. These findings do not substantially change the original proposals for restoration, but they do provide additional information about the house history and the first occupant, Dudley Digges.
