One of eight presentations about historic preservation in Horse Cave, Kentucky developed for fourth graders. This presentation describes how the caves of Kentucky, namely the Hidden River Cave, formed and what life exists in the cave. This project was sponsored by the Horse Cave Architectural Review Board, City of Horse Cave with a grant from the Kentucky Heritage Council. Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Kentucky Heritage Council, administered by the State, Tribal, Local Plans and Grants division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior (grant number P17AF00104).
