This document outlines the recommended work to be accomplished in F.Y. 91 beginning in May of 1991. Two phases of construction are planned for the rehabilitation of Crater Lake Lodge, and the F.Y. 91 work will be limited to the Lobby Wing, Great Hall Wing, and Dining Wing. The scope of the work is divided into four sections: Asbestos Abatement, Site Work, Demolition, and Structural Rehabilitation. Drawings include site plan, floor plans, and exterior drawings. Construction cost estimate is also included.
