This report is part of the design analysis for the preliminary rehabilitation design for Crater Lake Lodge. It contains the Problem Definition and 11x17 sketches with a written outline illustrating the structural modifications used for the August 7, 1989 construction cost estimate. This is the second of three submittals comprising the Preliminary Design Document. The Problem Definition discusses structural deficiencies of the lodge, based on structural analysis and visual inspection and organized into five building sections. The rehabilitation outline is a summary of the planned structural modifications and their locations, with reference to the sketches.
