From the memorandum: "This memorandum presents data collected on Thursday September 25, 2014 and Friday September 6, 2014 at the Cadillac Mountain summit. From 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, VHB staff recorded arrival and departure times of buses using the designated bus parking spaces. In addition, hourly occupancy counts were made of the automobile parking spaces. The weather was sunny with temperatures in the mid‐60s on Thursday and mid‐70s on Friday. The views from the summit were clear on both days."
