From the memorandum: "This memorandum present parking occupancy and parking turnover data collected at the Jordan Pond House on Friday September 26, 2014. Parking occupancy counts were made of the both the South Lot (adjacent to the Jordan Pond House) and the North Lot from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Parking turnover data were collected in the South Lot during those hours."
